I was extremely honored to visit the Neely House at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. To see what they are doing for cancer patients and their families, large and spacious apartment rooms, large kitchens, a amazing home theater, and also specifically designed rooms for certain cancer patients, all for just $50 a night(!!!) (pictures down below of their clean air filters, theater, and rooms!). I am truly honored to be representing such a amazing foundation for the marathon and to hold a similar mindset of doing whatever you have to do to help cancer patients and their families. And to visit the house alongside my brother and my father, who both know how to kick cancer’s butt, was more than special to me. Pat was diagnosed at Tufts and received amazing care there at the early beginning. Dad got his treatment at Tufts 15 years ago and his life saved by truly remarkable people. It was an experience I will never forget and I am very much fortunate to be a part of such an amazing team!!
