I'm running the Boston Marathon to honor my BrotherMy name is Brendan Beauregard and I ran the 2019 Boston Marathon to honor my brother, Patrick Beauregard, a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Pat (pictured left) was diagnosed with Stage IV Colon Cancer in September 2017 at the age of 29 and a month after his wedding. For the last two-plus years, Pat has done countless surgeries, biopsies, scans, and 33 rounds of chemotherapy as we speak. Working alongside the Cam Neely Foundation, I raised money to help fund cancer research and care for cancer patients with my fundraising total officially ending at $28,709 raised, surpassing my original goal of $10,000. We are now one step closer to a cure for this terrible disease thanks to you!
